When God called Ruth to pray about human trafficking, her first response was, “No, thank you.” The issue felt too dark, too heavy. But God responded with a strategy rooted in 2 Chronicles 20—a call to worship first and let Him fight the battle.

Worship isn’t a passive act. It’s a weapon of warfare, a declaration that God is greater than the darkness. When we lift our eyes to Him, we’re not ignoring the pain—we’re placing it in the only hands that can truly bring freedom.
